Remote or Automatic Water Shutoff Systems
In addition to the water leak alert system we can install the ultimate in water damage protection. These systems allow you to take control of your home's water supply remotely via your smartphone or automatically in case of unusual water usage patterns. The temperature in your basement is monitored and if frozen pipe risk is detected the water supply is automatically shutoff. If you leave your home for an extended period of time the system will automatically go into a more stringent protective mode; eliminating the need to worry about turning the water supply on or off.
